The PureDefinition™ DVB-T/T2 modulator is a standalone dual modulation solution supporting legacy and emerging standards for television broadcasting inside a single chassis. Due to its unrivaled RF characteristics it is especially suited for R&D laboratories as well as other regulatory and academic institutions that need an evaluation platform for comparison of various standards. On the other hand the ruggedized rack mount chassis designed for environmental challenging installations is suitable for integrators and manufacturers who require reliable field trial platform and short time to market solution.
 
 
 
The PureDefinition™ DVB-T/T2 modulator’s dual modulation option enables effective implementation of two simultaneous fully independent RF channels within the same 1U 19’’ rack mount chassis. Due to its dual RF channel capability the fallback mode can offer redundancy based upon hot-standby with very short switchover times.
 
Various hardware and firmware configurations together with interoperability with third party RF equipment allow for optimal system integration and a high level of customization - a key to address the customer's needs in an economical manner without degrading performance.
