If your company has purchased Beyond Devices products such as Beyond Devices modulators or timing solutions, and you require support on using this hardware, software, or the Beyond Devices application interfaces (API's) in your designs, check your purchase agreement for the type and amount of support available to you. Technical support questions can be sent to the contacts listed in your purchase agreement, or contact us directly.
 
 
Support for third party implementations of Beyond Devices products
If you have purchased a product that includes a Beyond Devices product as part of a bigger system solution, then any support requests on these products should be sent to the manufacturer or supplier of system solution, rather than to Beyond Devices.
